Avastin® Deaths – Parilman and Associates.  The United States Food and Drug Administration’s Office of New Drugs proposed withdrawing the approval for the drug, Avastin®.  This drug was approved on February 22, 2008, under accelerated approval provisions for the treatment of patients who have not received chemotherapy for metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer.
